Do I need experience?
No. BWLO welcomes people who are new to officiating as well as former players, coaches, and officials transferring from other associations.
Will training be provided?
Yes. New officials receive rules and mechanics instruction, guidance from experienced officials, and feedback as they begin working games.
When will someone contact me?
After your application is submitted, a BWLO representative will review it and follow up using the email address or phone number you provide.
Where does BWLO officiate?
BWLO serves women’s lacrosse programs throughout Western New York. Assignment details and coverage areas will be discussed during onboarding.
